Pink Lilies

It’s all very bella pink this week as the seasonal bunch will be pink Asiatic lilies mixed with some pink Bella Donna seed pods. Hot pink seeds topping off a thick stalk, they are a very pretty mix. The lilies are grown in Northern NSW so really just down the road. They will arrive tightly closed and may take up to a couple of days to open – there are a number of advantages to this, firstly the seed pods will be brighter and noticed, you will have longer to enjoy them in a vase and lastly, they arrive in better shape as no crushed petals in transit. Keeping it very local, there is a Brisbane grower sending flowers once a week so ready for this Friday, there are 12 stems of 50cm roses with a perfume (in various colours so please email if you wish for something special). They are gorgeous so let me know if you would like this as your $30 bunch. And for the $40 bunch, there are plenty of lisianthus around so a big double bunch of about 10 stems will be the choice for this week.

Email any requests through to info@fridayflowers.com.au or select one of the links below so you can enjoy a floral Friday.
