Cold Snap!!

1 June will see the first day of the winter season – decreased temperatures have an upside in that they produce more of the beautiful cold weather flowers. Slowly, the numbers of snapdragons have been growing each week, the stems are becoming thicker and the flower heads longer. It is therefore time to make these flowers the $20 seasonal bunch of the week. In bright colours ranging through dark pink, orange, yellow to white, they are elegant and cheerful. Divine in a tall vase , they deliver great pleasure either for our homes or sent as a gift. The $30 bunch this week is dark pink Oriental lilies from Northern NSW – big flowers and big perfume, they are beautiful and for a $40 option, a double bunch of lisianthus as they are blooming in numbers down in Victoria.

To brighten your home or a friend’s with flowers this week, just email any requests through to info@fridayflowers.com.au or select the links below and they will be on the doorstop this Friday.
