With the poinsiana trees coming into flower, nature is getting out the red in preparation for Christmas. In time for the decorations to go up on the 1st, this week’s seasonal bunch is a red king protea together with a large bunch of green spruce. Different to the usual pink, the reds are a beautiful seasonal variation. The spruce is also a great base to use for your flowers over the next few weeks. Deep pink Oriental lilies are the $30 bunch selection for those wanting some perfume in the home over the coming week. The first calla lilies arrived this week as well with fresh bunches coming in tomorrow for customers wanting some of their elegant stems. They are the $40 bunch this week with some alstromeria to add to their colour.
