Campanula or Canterbury bells are the seasonal bunch choice this week. Campanula is Latin for little bell which is an obvious name for these pretty multi flowered stems. Holding the meaning – constancy – these flowers have a long vase life if taking the usual care to cut stems and strip the leaves that would be below water. Travelling up from Victoria, these field grown flowers are ready to enjoy this week’s cooler weather and bring some colour to our homes. There are many varieties of Campanula including English harebells and Scottish bluebells bringing some English charm to our Christmas.
Seasonal bunches are just $20 and $30 and $40 bunches are available on request – just email through any special requests or favourites from recent weeks to info@fridayflowers.com.au and will be sure to have some lovely flowers on your doorstep this Friday.
